PICTURE SNATCHER (1933)

Jimmy Cagney plays a gangster who, after returning from a stint in prison, decides to turn over a new leaf. His new career as a tabloid photographer, however, does little to smooth things over with Lieutenant Nolan--the skeptical cop whose daughter he`s trying to romance.
